Summer Smoothie Bowl!

Perfect Summer Recipe!

Serves: 1


  • 2 sliced frozen nectarines
  • ½ cup greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Pomegranate, chia seeds, granola, blue berries, sliced nectarines to garnish


  1. In a blender, add nectarines, yoghurt, almond milk, honey
  2. Blend until well combined
  3. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm
  4. Garnish with your favourite seasonal fruits and nuts
